Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about renting a safe deposit box or mailbox with us. Pick a category, or get in touch and we'll gladly help.
Renting a box or mailbox with us is quick and walk-in friendly.
What do I need to rent a box?
A passport or Thai national ID and a refundable deposit. Registration takes about five minutes, including biometric enrolment — then your box is ready to use.
How quickly can I start?
The same day. Walk in during opening hours, bring your ID, and we'll set you up on the spot.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can reserve online or simply drop by. If you want a specific size, we recommend calling ahead to check availability.
Can I add a second person to my box?
Yes. You can add a co-applicant with two-person access — both of you are enrolled with biometrics at registration.
Can I reserve online before coming in?
Yes. Reserve online and finish the quick registration in person — or simply walk in during opening hours.
What ID do you accept?
A passport (for visitors and expats) or a Thai national ID. Please bring the original with you.
Do I need to live in Thailand?
No. Residents and visitors are both welcome — you only need valid ID and a refundable deposit.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or over to hold a rental. For a minor, a parent or guardian can rent on their behalf.
Can I look around before I decide?
Of course. Visit any day during opening hours and we'll show you the facility and the box sizes.
What happens right after I register?
Your biometrics are enrolled, your key is issued, and your box is ready to use the same day.
Two reinforced box sizes, opened only with your key and ours.
What sizes are available?
Two sizes. Small (3") — internal W 30 × H 8 × D 60 cm, ideal for documents, passports, title deeds, jewellery and cash. Medium (5") — W 30 × H 13 × D 60 cm, for larger valuables and bulkier items.
How do I know what will fit?
Both boxes are 30 cm wide and 60 cm deep; only the height differs (8 cm vs 13 cm). Measure your items against those dimensions, or bring them in and we'll help you choose.
How does the key system work?
A dual-key system: your box opens only with your key plus our master key — and we keep no copies of customer keys.
What if I lose my key?
Come in with your ID. We verify you biometrically and open the box under supervision. Drilling and a new lock cost ฿6,000; your ฿2,000 deposit is applied to that, leaving ฿4,000 to pay.
What can't I store?
Illegal items, hazardous materials and perishables are not permitted. Anything else that fits is entirely your business — we never ask.
Can I move to a bigger box later?
Yes, subject to availability. We'll help you transfer your contents to the larger box.
How many keys do I get?
Two keys are issued to you when you sign, and we keep no copy — only your key plus our master key can open the box.
Can my family share the box?
Yes, with two-person access: add a co-applicant and you're both enrolled with biometrics.
What are the boxes made of?
Reinforced steel boxes inside a purpose-built, reinforced vault. For security we don't publish full technical specifications — visit and we'll show you around.
What do people usually keep in them?
Passports and documents, title deeds, jewellery and gold, cash and keepsakes. What you store is your business — we never ask.
A private address in Pattaya — physical, or fully digital.
What is a mailbox rental?
A private, stable mailing address in Pattaya. Your mail is received and stored securely, and you collect it any day of the week.
Can you turn my mail into email?
Yes. With same-day scanning we scan your mail the day it arrives and send it to you, so you can read it from anywhere in the world.
What is a virtual mailbox?
Your mail scanned into a secure online inbox. Read each item, then choose to forward it, hold it for pickup, or have it shredded.
Can you forward my mail?
Yes — domestically within Thailand (EMS / registered post) or internationally via Thailand Post, on request or on a schedule you choose.
Will I be notified of new mail?
Yes, by email or SMS whenever new mail arrives or is scanned to your inbox.
Can I receive parcels and packages?
Yes, we receive letters and parcels on your behalf. For large parcels, just let us know in advance — oversized items are kept safely on our package table.
How will I know a package has arrived?
We notify you by phone and email you a photo of the package the day it arrives.
Can you receive cash-on-delivery (COD) packages?
Yes. Deposit the amount with us in advance and we'll pay on delivery when your package arrives.
Can someone else collect my package?
Yes — just let us know in advance by phone or email who will collect it.
Can I authorise someone else to collect my mail?
Yes. With your written authorisation we'll release mail to the person you name.
How long do you keep my mail?
For the length of your rental. We notify you as mail arrives, so nothing is missed.
Can you shred mail I don't want?
Yes. Read it in your inbox first if you like, then tell us to forward, hold, or securely shred it.
Is a mailbox the same as a PO box?
It's a private mailbox with a real address you control, plus optional scanning and forwarding — more flexible than a standard PO box.
A facility built for the job, watched over by people — not only cameras.
How secure is the facility?
The premises are purpose-built and reinforced for vault storage, with on-site security guards during opening hours, biometric identification on every visit, a dual-key system and 24/7 CCTV.
Can someone else open my box?
No. Access is tied to your biometrics and your key — no one can present themselves as you.
Are there cameras?
Yes — 24/7 CCTV coverage inside and out, recorded around the clock. For your privacy there are no cameras in the private booth where you access your box.
Do you have staff on site?
Yes. Security guards are on the premises throughout opening hours — real people watching over the facility.
What exactly is biometric identification?
Your fingerprint and face are enrolled when you register and verified every time you visit — so only you can reach your box.
Who can enter the vault area?
Only enrolled customers accessing their own box, always with staff present during opening hours.
Can your staff open my box?
No. The dual-key system means your key is always required — staff cannot open your box alone, and we keep no copy of it.
Is the facility monitored around the clock?
Yes — 24/7 CCTV inside and out, plus on-site security guards throughout opening hours.
How is the building itself protected?
It's purpose-built and reinforced specifically for vault storage. For security we don't publish full technical details — you're welcome to see it in person.
Is what I keep in my box insured?
Not by us. Your box is private — we never see, record or value what you place inside, so we are not in a position to insure it. Some home or contents policies extend to items held in a safe deposit box, often only in part and sometimes not at all, so it is worth asking your insurer and arranging separate cover if what you keep here matters to you. What we provide is the security itself: a reinforced vault, a dual-key system where no copy of your key exists, biometric access control and continuous monitoring.
Are the walls fire-resistant?
Yes. The safe room is built with reinforced, double-layer, fireproof walls.
Why is this safer than a home safe?
It's off-site (safe even if your home is burgled), reinforced, guarded, biometric-controlled and monitored 24/7 — protection a home safe can't match.
Your privacy is absolute — by design, not just by promise.
Do you know what I keep in my box?
No. We never ask and we keep no record of contents. Only you have access to what's inside.
How is my personal data handled?
Under Thailand's PDPA. Your details are stored encrypted and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Is my visit private?
Yes. You access your box in a private booth, and our staff handle every visit discreetly.
Will anyone know I have a box here?
No. We treat your rental as confidential and don't disclose that you're a customer.
Do you keep a record of what's inside?
Never. We keep no inventory and never inspect your box.
Is the location discreet?
Yes. We're inside Welcome Town on Central Pattaya Road, and handling is kept low-key.
Do you sell or share my details?
No. Your data is stored encrypted and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Is my scanned mail private?
Yes. Only authorised staff handle scanning, and mail is opened solely on your request or per your chosen plan.
Do you log my visits?
Access is verified biometrically for your security, but the contents of your box are never recorded or seen.
Can I stay anonymous to other customers?
Yes. You access your box in a private booth — other customers never see you or your belongings.
Clear pricing, a refundable deposit, and several ways to pay.
How much does it cost?
Safe deposit boxes start from ฿579 (Small) and ฿999 (Medium); mailboxes from ฿999 per year. The longer you rent, the lower the monthly cost — see the full price list on our Prices page.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a refundable ฿2,000 deposit per box (฿250 per mailbox), returned in full when you close your rental and hand the keys back.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer, QR / PromptPay, or cash. We don't accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
How do I renew?
Renew in person or online in a couple of minutes. The price agreed in your signed contract stays fixed for your term.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown per rental period and include VAT where applicable.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the rental for your term plus a refundable deposit — that's it. The only further charge is if a key is lost and the lock has to be replaced (฿6,000, less your deposit).
Do longer rentals cost less?
Yes. The longer you commit, the lower the monthly cost — up to 100% off the monthly rate on the longest terms.
When is payment due?
In advance, for the rental period you choose.
Is the deposit separate from the rental fee?
Yes. The rental is the fee for the service; the deposit is fully refundable when you close the rental and return your keys.
What happens if I lose my key?
We drill the box and fit a new lock, which costs ฿6,000. Your ฿2,000 deposit goes towards it, so the balance to pay is ฿4,000. Tell us as soon as you know — we can usually get you back into your box the same week.

As often as you like, any day during opening hours, at no extra charge.
Is there parking?
Yes — parking is available at the location, so you can come and go easily.
Are you open on weekends and holidays?
Yes — every day of the week, 10:00–20:00, weekends included. We close only 4 days a year: Songkran, New Year's Day and New Year's Eve.
Can I access my box in an emergency or after hours?
Access is during opening hours (10:00–20:00, every day). For genuine emergencies we can sometimes arrange access with at least one day's notice, so staff and security can be on site — call us and we'll do our best.

Can I access my box outside opening hours?
Access is during opening hours (10:00–20:00, every day). For anything urgent, give us a call.
Is it easy to reach by taxi or car?

Flexible terms, whether you stay, travel, or move on.
What if I leave Thailand?
You can keep your rental and manage mail remotely (virtual mailbox or forwarding), or close it and reclaim your deposit. Talk to us about the best option for you.
What happens to my box if I pass away?
Access passes to your co-applicant or listed emergency contact on presentation of the death certificate. If you added neither, the box is released to your legal heirs under the proper process — we recommend adding a co-applicant.
Can I close my rental early?
Yes. Bring your keys in during opening hours and, once the box is checked, your ฿2,000 deposit is returned in full. The rental you have already paid is not refunded for the remaining time, so most people simply keep the box until their term ends.
How do I get my deposit back?
Return your key and box; after a quick check your ฿2,000 box deposit (฿250 for a mailbox) is refunded in full.
How long is the contract?
It matches the rental period you choose — from one month up to ten years — and it's easy to renew.
Do you send renewal reminders?
Yes. We remind you by SMS and email before your term ends, so you never lose access by accident.
Can I renew from abroad?
Yes. You can renew and pay online in a couple of minutes from anywhere in the world.
What if I forget to renew?
There's a grace period after your term ends, and we'll have reminded you beforehand — just contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I transfer my box to someone else?
Contact us — the new holder signs their own contract and is registered with biometrics.
What happens if a rental lapses completely?
We always try to reach you first. After your term and a grace period — 90 days without any response — the contract allows a box to be drilled and its contents securely stored. To reclaim them you'd settle any overdue and drilling fees. Reach out and we'll guide you through it.
