In the event of the account holder's demise, the second person or designated emergency contact listed on the account may gain access to the safe deposit box upon presentation of the death certificate.
A single safe deposit box may be registered with up to two individuals, one as the primary owner and the other as the secondary account holder. Both parties will have equal rights and access to the box.
The contents of the safe deposit box are maintained as private and confidential, accessible solely to the designated owner. Our company intentionally remains uninformed about the specific contents, a measure taken in the interest of security. As a result, we do not provide insurance coverage for the private valuables stored within the box.
We have a comprehensive security system in place to safeguard the safe deposit boxes. Our premises are under 24/7 surveillance, and during our operational hours, we maintain a strong security presence with trained personnel. Access to the secure room is restricted to a glass shield door, which can only be opened after a stringent identification and registration verification process. These measures are in place to ensure the utmost security and protection of the assets stored in the safe deposit boxes.

Online payment for extending your rental contract is available for your convenience. You can transfer or wire the payment to our company's account and then email us the transfer receipt. Following the payment, Siam Secure will update your extended account and confirm this update via email, providing you with the new contract attachment.
We can make new set of key with 100 THB. charges.
Payments such as pay on delivery or import taxes are not included in our service, as these matters are considered private and are to be handled and decided solely by the owner. As a service company, we are not authorized to make any decisions regarding purchasing or payment responsibilities for any items.
Seven days before the expiration of your mailbox or safe deposit box contract with Siam Secure, we will send a reminder email. If there is no response within this 7-day period, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure that our customers can maintain their active accounts.
Customer can start with one month package.
In addition to the rental fee, we also collect a deposit of 1,000 THB in cash.
To cancel your safe deposit box rental with Siam Secure,
follow these steps:
Visit the Siam Secure office.
Return both keys for the safe deposit box.
Sign the cancellation document provided.
Receive a 1,000 THB cash deposit refund.
Siam Secure does not retain spare keys for your safe deposit box. Two actual keys are provided to you upon registration, primarily for your own security. In the event that you misplace and lost your keys, it will necessitate drilling out the entire box and crafting a new set of keys, incurring a fee of 3,000 THB in addition to the existing deposit 1,000 THB fee. The procedure is expected to take approximately 7 working days to complete.

All the contents will be securely stored by our manager, throughout the procedure We will document the entire process through video recording to maintain a record of all items in the box. After this process, you can contact us to retrieve your belongings upon payment of a 4,000 THB fee, as required by our policy.
You can initiate the cancellation process online, but to receive the cash deposit refund, you must appear in person at our office with both keys and proper identification. In the event of overdue charges, all outstanding amounts must be settled to close the account.
When you rent our mailbox service, it includes the convenience of email notifications with images of your received mail or parcels. Additionally, we will send SMS notifications to inform you whenever new items have arrived and been received by our team.
The mailbox service is strictly for temporary letter and parcel holds. If you intend to store items, please be advised to consider renting a safe deposit box for the utmost security.
This is considered an additional service, and as such, postal fees and service charges will be applied. The processing time for this service typically ranges from 3 to 7 working days.
